What is a test?

One test is one assessment of one person, a candidate you are hiring or someone already on your team. They have a short spoken conversation with our AI interviewer, and we read it against the four behaviours and the skills the role needs. Strong, some or none, each backed by a citation.

Is the free plan really free?

Yes. Three tests every month and unlimited job posts, no card required. Enough to assess a few of your team or candidates and see how the read works.

Why an annual contract on the paid plans?

Assessing a team is something you do continuously, not once. The paid plans are priced for that, billed monthly across a 12-month term. If you would rather run a one-off batch, talk to us.

What if I need more tests than my plan includes?

You can add more tests to any paid plan, or move up a tier. Unused tests roll over for up to two months, so a quiet month is not wasted.

Can I assess my current team, not just candidates?

Yes, that is the point. The same test runs on the people you already pay and the people you are hiring, so you see your whole team on one map.

Do you still run the whole hire for me?

Yes. Done-for-you placement and our recruitment service sit alongside the platform, for when you want us to source and run the process, not just assess. Ask us and we will scope it.
