What goes into an assessment.

Every candidate on meritt is scored against the four behaviours plus the skills that matter for the role. Here's exactly how.

AI scores clarity, presence, energy. A meritt assessor reviews and writes the fit report.

The fit report.

Every shortlisted candidate comes with a full written report. Behaviour scores, role-skill assessment, strengths, watch-outs, and the specific evidence behind each call.
